Hilda Lategan Biographical info
Hilda Lategan is a South African registered dietician. She has been in various disciplines in the field of dietetics since 1975. Currently she has a well established private practice as therapeutic dietician in Pretoria.
She believes that life is more than just “existing” and “surviving”, therefore a balanced lifestyle and sensible eating is important to maintain optimum health and quality of life.
From her experience with her patients, she has learned a lot about people’s needs for recipes for tasty, easy to prepare, affordable and healthy food with real South African ingredients.
