In the eleventh title in the Israel series, the Kriges are visited by Marc’s former art lecturer Simon and they show him the sights of Israel. Marc’s mother, Mara, and her caregiver arrive for a visit and Mara feels growing acceptance of her Jewish blood. It is also Yoshi’s bar mitzvah. While there are dark days, some days are filled with light.
