Berrie Serfontein is in trouble. He overhears a conversation in which a stranger threatens to expose dark secrets from his father’s past. Berrie decides to protect his father at all cost and to find a way to get rid of the stranger.

The Keurboslaan boys are warned to stay away from the caves in the mountains, since some of the caves contain quicksand. But Berrie doesn’t hear the warning and decides to lure the stranger to the caves and keep him captive until he can find a way to prevent the man from telling everybody what he knows. But things unexpectedly take a very wrong turn . . .
