The first section focuses on the art work of Delft painter Vermeer; the second on the temporary nature of the body; the third on the role of Christians and Afrikaners in Africa and the fourth on a group of Afrikaners who trekked into Africa in search of the New Jerusalem.There is a strong visionary and intellectual element to the collection.
