Steve Lebelo
Biographical info
Steve Lebelo has an Honours degree in History from Wits University. In 1997 he joined the Gauteng Department of Education as part of a team that worked on the two-year Pilot Project for Outcomes Based Education (OBE). He has also worked with Elsabé Brink on a number of projects, including the Soweto Survey.
