Biographical info

André le Roux is an award-winning journalist who is currently the assistant editor at Sarie. His first two books (poems and a novella) in the 70’s and 80’s were initially banned; his first collection of short stories Sleep vir jou ’n stoel nader received wide acclaim 20 years ago. He is also well-known for his humorous columns in newspapers and in Sarie, three collections of which have been published. He lives in Cape Town.
