Michael is 34 years old and lives in London. He studied illustration at Portsmouth University earning first Class Honors and now works solely on writing and illustrating books for children of all ages. Michael's first picture books include the lovely and poignant Broken Bird, the spirited and inspiring Falling Star and the courageous tale of Scaredy Cat And Boo!.
